Play Therapy
Play therapy provides a safe, child-led space for children to express emotions and experiences through play. My neuroaffirming approach supports emotional expression, self-discovery, and meaningful connections, tailored to each child’s needs.
- Parent Intake Sessions: A detailed session to explore your child’s strengths, challenges, and family dynamics. Additional sessions may be needed for clarity and ongoing support.
- Schedule: Play therapy runs weekly for minimum of 9 sessions (45 minutes each) at a consistent time and day each week. A review meeting is held after the 6th session to reflect on progress.
- Planned Endings: Endings are thoughtfully planned, with 2-3 sessions to gently close the therapeutic process. Children are always welcome to return for additional support in the future.

Parent Consultations
Parent consultations help you make sense of your child’s challenges, behaviours, and unique needs.
- A 1-hour consultation to explore your child’s profile, with tailored strategies and environmental adaptations.
Fees: Parent Support/Consultation – In Person or Online (1 hour) – €90
Professional Consultations
Tailored 1-hour consultations for professionals seeking guidance on neurodivergent clients. Together, we’ll explore challenges, behaviours, and practical strategies through a neuroaffirming lens to deepen your understanding and approach.

Clinical Supervision
I offer creative, neuroaffirming clinical supervision to therapists for reflection, case discussions, and professional development. My approach is trauma-informed and prioritises emotional safety, ethical practice, and personal growth.
- Individual Supervision: Sessions are tailored to your needs and can be 1 hour or 1.5 hours. Fees are discussed during the initial session.
- Group Supervision: Monthly sessions over a 6-month commitment for neurodivergent professionals. These supportive spaces foster connection, shared learning, and professional growth.
