Welcome

Hi, I’m Gráinne, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. My passion lies in supporting neurodivergent children/young people and their families, helping them to embrace their authentic selves. As a fully accredited play therapist with extensive experience, I offer a safe, compassionate space for children, parents, and fellow therapists to explore, heal, and grow.

Whether you’re looking for play therapy for your child, parent support, or professional supervision, I’m here to guide you on your journey. My practice is built on the principles of neuroaffirming, trauma-informed care, and a deep understanding of neurodivergent experiences. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that respects their unique ways of being.

Here, you’ll find services tailored to your needs:

  • Play Therapy: Helping neurodivergent children and young people express themselves, process their emotions, and develop their sense of self in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Parent Support: Providing guidance, tools, and insights to help parents understand and support their neurodivergent children in an affirming way.
  • Clinical Supervision & Consultancy: Offering reflective, supportive supervision for therapists and professionals working with neurodivergent individuals.

I look forward to connecting with you, whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your practice. Together, we can create a space where neurodivergence is celebrated, not just accommodated.
