Welcome

Hi, I’m Gráinne.

I’m a Play and Creative Arts Therapist working with Neurodivergent children, young people, and their families, as well as offering parent support, clinical supervision, and consultation for therapists and professionals. My work is grounded in a neuroaffirming and trauma-informed lens, with a focus on understanding experience rather than changing who someone is.

Whether you are exploring play therapy for your child, looking for space to reflect as a parent, or seeking supervision that holds nuance and curiosity, this practice offers a place to pause, think things through, and feel accompanied in what can sometimes feel complex or isolating. Sessions are shaped by your context and questions, rather than a fixed agenda or expectation.

How I Work

I approach neurodivergence as a way of processing and being in the world that only makes sense when we consider relationships, development, and the systems people move through. My role is to create spaces where children can express themselves in ways that feel natural, parents can reflect without judgement, and therapists can explore their work with honesty and depth.

This approach is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, alongside a deep respect for each person’s individuality, culture, and environment.

Let’s Work Together

Play Therapy

Play therapy creates space for children to express and process experiences through play, honouring their natural ways of communicating and understanding the world.

Supervision

I offer clinical supervision and consultation to fellow professionals seeking a reflective, collaborative space to think about their work and hold its complexity.

Parent Support

I offer parent support sessions for parents and caregivers seeking space to reflect, ask questions, and make sense of their child’s experiences across home, school, and daily life.

The Burnout Bundle

Understand what Neurodivergent burnout really is, and how to respond with compassion, context, and care.

Burnout in Neurodivergent children is often misunderstood, missed, or mistaken for behaviour issues. But underneath the shutdowns, refusals, or emotional withdrawal is usually a nervous system that’s been running on empty for far too long.

This gentle, practical, and deeply validating bundle is here to help you understand what’s really going on — and how to respond with compassion, clarity, and care.
